How frustrating can it be! Eating my lunch during the afternoon-break, having to hear stories about the second season of Heroes, while I’m still watching the first season! Am I that slow, still watching the first season, or are people so single-minded that they don’t think about what they are doing?

Having heard all that stories does have a bright side. Since I didn’t listen to it good enough to hear anything more than vague hints, the hints do make me want to see even more of the series! Unfortunately not everyone thinks so simple about it, as I do. I can close my mind for things I don’t want to hear, but not everyone is able to do so.

Think about people that haven’t seen that much of your favourite series

How hard can it be, to think for 5 seconds about this subject, before you start telling information from a serie, that you do know, but everyone else doesn’t know (yet)? Not everyone thinks that simple about it as I do. For lots of people the fun of watching a serie on television or dvd, is great amusement. They really look forward to it, every single day of the week. When they hear all kinds of spoilers through the day, the fun of watching another episode (of which you already know what will happen) will be decreased.

Please don’t decrease the fun of watching series for people that are watching the same series as you do. Not everyone can walk away, or close their ears…
